Can you store large shipments or full containers?
Yes. We can receive large shipments directly from China — including full container loads (FCL) and less-than-container loads (LCL). We unload, check, sort, and store your inventory in our German warehouse, ready for fast EU fulfillment. Just coordinate the shipment details with us in advance and we handle everything on arrival.
Do you support Shopify, Amazon, Temu, and other platforms?
Yes. We work with sellers on all major e-commerce platforms — including Shopify, Amazon (FBM), Temu, eBay, WooCommerce, and others. We receive order information from your platform and fulfill them from our German warehouse. The setup is straightforward and we guide you through the integration process from the start.
How do returns work in Europe?
European customers have strong return rights, and handling returns from Asia is expensive and slow. With us, all returns go to our German warehouse. We receive the package, inspect the item, and then follow your instructions — restock it, photograph and report it, or dispose of it. You get a clear overview of every return.
